This was my daughter's first show
she was 1 week old, she saw 1 more, at Giant Stadium a couple of months later.
People, learn how to use your EQ... once the bass is down, this is a fine recording, and sounds just like I remember it.
My daughter, who is now, of course 12, does not remember, but she is enjoying it.

Almost my Last Show ....bummer
This was my 2nd to last show hadn't seen'em since Shoreline in like '92 - I actually skipped the next night and went (thank god) the last night of the stand to be dealt THE CHAIN - waited/hoped for it forever and got it - I had just given up due to the type of heads and maybe Wince Welnick- maybe that's how those 70's folks felt about my class of '83 converts. Anyway, I remember leaving this show and thinking to myself how much it... ahem.. stunk- this blew my mind that I could feel this way - look at the list! Sunshine!/Lucy!/WatchTower!/ NewSpeedway!/ SOTM!/ China-Rider!/ Peggy-O!- If I hadn't been there I would have thought this show would be epic - IT SOUNDED EXACTLY LIKE THIS RECORDING - MUDDY BAD MIX - and now I look back and think Jerry was on his last legs - he wasn't phoning it in like I thought to myself after the show -he was struggling listen to the SOTM - he got the last line down and that's about it - I'm sorry this show blows for myself and all the others out there but most of all I am SORRY he is gone even the worst shows were better than anything anyone else has ever done...thanks for putting this up anyway I had to go back and listen to be sure I remembered correctly and wasn't just hosing them from a bad buzz - thankfully there are so many good memories packed into this archive the great ones far outweigh the bad! RIP on JEROME

Just turn down the bass
Good audience recording for the spectrum. It may have bass problems but the spectrum audience always seems to come out the best. You can hear the crowd singing along. If you like that emotion you can only get with an aud recording download this excellent example of the deadheads love affair with the band and vice-versa that occurs during a good show.
